Attendance at the General Assembly is limited to three representatives per IPCEI-CIS partner and is by invitation only. Depending on capacity, more participants may be registered; these additional registrations will be reviewed during the second validation round, and we will inform you if the extra attendee(s) can be accommodated.

Please note that only one registered representative per organisation is entitled to vote. The designated voter must be indicated in the registration form. If your organisation is not listed, please use the open field to enter it manually.

Final registration deadline: January 26, with validation on January 30

Day 2 - 8ra Open Conference

On the second day, there will be digital screens (49-inch LED screens in vertical portrait orientation) available to showcase projects in the foyer. These presentations will run from lunch until the end of the afternoon. (e.g. demo, video, slides, poster). We expect the IPCEI CIS projects to use this opportunity to give more information about their achievements and the developments within 8ra. Please indicate whether you would like to use one of these screens to showcase your project? *
